On Tuesday, March 20th, I ask for your support in the Special Election for New York’s 145th Assembly District.
Over the past six years, I have had the honor of being elected and twice re-elected to serve as the South District Representative on the Buffalo Common Council. As a councilmember, I work hard every day as an unyielding advocate for your best interests in your government. I have a proven record of transparency, problem solving, holding people accountable and for creating community initiatives that improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
I'm asking for your vote on March 20th. If elected, I will protect your hard earned tax dollars at any cost. I am an experienced businessman and public servant working tirelessly to create jobs, lower taxes and improve the lives of residents of Buffalo, Orchard Park, Lackawanna and West Seneca.
I realize that in order to earn your vote I need to earn your trust. For the last six years, my actions have allowed me to earn the trust of South District residents. I have always prided myself on talking with my constituents and knowing the issues they care about. Times are tough for families throughout Western New York right now. If families are being forced to make the tough decisions and cut their costs, they should expect the same of their government. Up until Election Day I will be knocking on doors throughout the 145th Assembly District meeting with residents face to face to discuss the issues. I hope that I will have the opportunity to meet you and hear about your concerns as a resident of the district. I know we both want a transparent, honest government that makes smart decisions about the future of Western New York. I have committed myself to achieving that goal.
I am the experienced candidate you can trust and I hope I can count on your support on March 20th.
Thank you,
Michael "Mickey" Kearns
